Description

The Department of Imaging and Functional Medicine consists of Radiology, Mammography, and Clinical Physiology. A total of approximately 220 people work at the department. The Radiology section is divided into two separate units: Radiology NÄL and Radiology Uddevalla Hospital.

Welcome to apply for an interesting and exciting role where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for providing good and professional administrative service to our patients and referrers. Part of the administrative work involves cross-boundary collaboration between Radiology Uddevalla and NÄL.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include staffing the reception, where you receive and register patients upon arrival, process referrals, handle mail, provide telephone service to patients and healthcare providers, and perform patient administrative work in Sectra RIS/PACS.

You will primarily be based at NÄL.

Qualifications

You are trained as a Medical Secretary and have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You have good IT skills and the ability to handle various IT systems. Experience in healthcare administrative work is an advantage.

Other Information

The position is a temporary assignment (vacation replacement) with an expected start date of 2026-08-17 until 2026-12-31, with a possible extension. An earlier start date before 2026-08-17 may be considered. Working hours are during daytime on weekdays and possibly on occasional weekends. Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period.
