Responsibilities and goals

As a Financial Accountant, you will work closely with our Accounting Manager and become a key part of the finance department. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality accounting and providing the financial support needed for the business to continue developing. In your daily work, you will handle ongoing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, payments, as well as VAT and tax reporting. You will also be involved in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and contribute to developing and streamlining our financial processes. Here, you will have the opportunity to see the big picture and understand how the finance function contributes to the company's success.

Your Profile

You have a post-secondary education in economics or accounting, good knowledge of Excel, and feel comfortable with digital systems. Since we operate across borders, you must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. You may have worked for a year or two in finance, or you may have recently completed your education and gained experience through internships or LIA (work-integrated learning). What matters most to us is not exactly how much experience you have, but that you are curious, engaged, and eager to continue developing. As a person, you appreciate order and structure and enjoy it when the numbers add up. At the same time, you are not afraid of change but see opportunities to improve ways of working and processes. You have a flat hierarchy approach, enjoy collaboration, and are happy to help out where needed.
