Do you want to work close to operations in a broad and qualified HR role where you make a real difference for managers and the business? We are now looking for an experienced HR Partner for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg. Here you will work with both operational and strategic HR issues, support managers in complex individual cases, and contribute to the development of HR processes, digitalization, and future ways of working.

The Assignment

To meet our client's needs, we are looking for an experienced HR Partner who can independently provide qualified support to managers in both operational and strategic HR matters. The assignment involves operational management support within all HR processes.

A significant part of the work consists of supporting managers in complex HR issues and individual cases where labor law, rehabilitation, working environment, cooperation, and change management are natural parts of everyday life. The role also includes the development of HR processes and working methods, as well as an active contribution to the administration's continued development within digitalization and generative AI.

Location: Gothenburg

Requirements

• University degree of at least 180 credits in HR/Human Resources or equivalent
• Five years of current experience in qualified, operationally close HR work
• Five years of current experience in independent management support within all HR processes
• Experience in labor law, rehabilitation, working environment, recruitment, talent management, wage formation, organizational changes, and termination of employment
• Experience in independently conducting union cooperation and MBL (Act on Co-Determination at Work) negotiations
• Experience in supporting managers in complex individual cases
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from regions, municipalities, or other politically governed organizations
• Experience in HR support for operations with production, logistics, or 24/7 operations
• Experience in change management and business development
• Experience in supporting executive teams
• Experience in digitalization and the use of generative AI within HR.
