Description

We are looking for you who want to take a central and visible role as an Education Coordinator in a dynamic operation.

This is a role for you who thrive with overall responsibility, creating structure, and driving work forward. You will become the hub of the education activities and contribute to ensuring the right education reaches the right person at the right time, with high quality and good foresight.

You will work closely with study directors, managers, and education coordinators, taking significant responsibility for developing working methods, creating clarity, and building long-term sustainable education processes.

Responsibilities

As an Education Coordinator with us, you will have a varied and meaningful daily routine where you:

• Plan, coordinate, and develop educational initiatives for doctors, healthcare staff, and students
• Ensure structure, quality, and follow-up throughout the entire education chain
• Drive and improve administrative processes related to education
• Serve as a clear contact point for education-related questions within the operation

You also play an important role in:

• Coordinating regional education assignments and contributing to knowledge exchange in the region
• Planning and developing Wetlab activities as an important part of practical learning
• Supporting and providing administrative coordination for responsible physicians for medical education
• Ensuring mandatory education is carried out and followed up
• Coordinating development days and internal training that strengthen teams and competence
• Contributing to linking educational initiatives to the operation's needs and development

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in administrative work and preferably education coordination
• Thrive in a role with many contacts and a high pace
• Have good structure and the ability to prioritize and drive multiple assignments in parallel
• Are structured and solution-oriented with a natural ability to create order
• Are communicative, service-oriented, and thrive in collaboration with many roles
• Are independent, proactive, and drive your work forward
• Have a development focus and see opportunities for improvement

You are motivated by contributing to an operation where education is an important part of quality and success.

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Post-secondary education in administration, pedagogy, or equivalent
• Experience from healthcare
• Knowledge of AT/BT/ST (internship/residency/specialization) or work in knowledge-intensive organizations
• Experience with digital system support or learning platforms

Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required for the position. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
