We are an HR department with twelve HR consultants in a pleasant work climate, where we care for and develop each other! We support the hospital care, which is responsible for specialized healthcare provided at the hospitals in Ljungby and Växjö. The hospital care has 3,200 employees and is organized into 24 units/clinics. The hospital care faces many exciting challenges to meet the healthcare of the future. Competence supply is one of them, and HR plays an important role here.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR consultant, you are part of the management teams of several units and serve as the managers' closest support within the HR area. The work is highly varied, and you will work within most HR processes such as working environment, interpretation of laws and agreements, collective bargaining, competence supply, and leadership support. We are responsible for providing units with knowledge, advice, analysis, and support. We also work with implementing, developing, and following up on our working methods.

We need you who are passionate about competence supply issues and want to coordinate and lead development work in close collaboration with our managers, colleagues in the department, and other parts of the region's HR function.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a degree from the PA program (Personnel Administration) or equivalent academic education, and preferably a few years of work experience in qualified HR work. You need to be good at planning and organizing your work independently and delivering support with high quality and service. You are sensitive to others' needs and good at building trusting relationships. You have a high analytical ability and work from a holistic perspective. You are stimulated by coordinating complex issues and leading development work.

For us, it is important that you have a genuine commitment to your work and a strong drive to work, both individually and together with your colleagues, to best meet the needs of the units!

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

  • Salary form: Monthly salary.
  • Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
  • Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-12-01, end date: 2027-11-28.
  • Working hours: Daytime.
