We are now looking for an engaged and driven HR Business Partner who wants to help develop both our operations and our employees. Here you will have a broad and operationally close HR role where you work operationally while contributing to the development of the organization, culture, and leadership over time.

You will become an important part of our management group and work closely with the operations to ensure that HR creates value in the organization.

About the role

As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the entire HR area at our production facility in Vislanda. The role is broad and varied and suits you who enjoy working close to operations and switching between daily operational issues and long-term development.

You report to the CEO and work closely with Group HR. Together, you will develop common HR processes, working methods, and initiatives while you are responsible for driving and developing HR work locally.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Be a business-oriented support to managers in daily HR work.
• Drive and develop the company's HR work with a focus on culture, leadership, and employee development.
• Be responsible for recruitment and develop efficient recruitment processes.
• Drive employer branding issues with a focus on strengthening and making our employer brand visible internally and externally.
• Be responsible for internal communication on our intranet and external communication on LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with trade unions and ensure that labor law issues are handled professionally.
• Be responsible for the payroll process and salary payment in Kontek.
• Drive and create structure around occupational health and safety issues.
• Participate in and drive change projects and develop HR processes and HR systems.
• Ensure that HR contributes to the business's goals through a structured and proactive approach.

Who are you?

We believe you have worked for approximately 2–5 years as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar broad HR role and now want to take the next step in an operationally close role with significant responsibility.

You thrive in a production environment where the pace is high, decision-making paths are short, and where you have the opportunity to make a real impact.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have an academic education in HR or equivalent.
• Have experience in broad operational HR work and managerial support.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience with union collaboration.
• Have experience with recruitment, employer branding, and communication.
• Are a confident and skilled communicator who enjoys both internal and external communication.
• Have experience with payroll processes and preferably Kontek HRM and Kontek Lön.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
