Who We Are

We are the municipal primary healthcare – an engaged and cross-professional team that provides secure and close care to patients who have difficulty getting to the health center. At our facility, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and care aides work together to provide qualified health and medical care in the home or in specialized housing, around the clock.

Our work ranges from medication management, wound dressing, and sample collection to advanced care interventions, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care. We collaborate closely with primary healthcare and work in a coordinated manner to offer secure and safe care with high quality.

As a nurse here, you will have an important and independent role, where your competence makes a real difference in people's daily lives.

This is Your Job

  • Perform medical assessments and create individual care plans
  • Provide advice and support to patients regarding their health
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare staff and other actors within healthcare
  • Participate in health-promoting and preventive measures in the local community
  • Cooperative healthcare in the form of assignments from IVPA, Ambulance, etc.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse, preferably with experience in municipal primary healthcare
  • You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
  • You must have good computer skills
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks
  • Experience working with patients of different ages and backgrounds
