Stenungsund's newly built special care facility, Lövberga, is growing and is now opening an additional wing focused on individuals with cognitive impairment. Therefore, we are looking for dedicated and caring assistant nurses who wish to help create a safe, meaningful, and high-quality daily life for our residents. We are recruiting for several positions and welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.

Job Description

As an assistant nurse here, you work closely with the residents and contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care and nursing
• Support in daily life based on the individual's needs and wishes
• Documentation according to current routines
• Collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists
• Contributing to a good quality of life and dignified treatment

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse
• Have a genuine interest in working with elderly people
• Are responsible, flexible, and have good teamwork skills
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in elderly care and/or dementia care is an advantage
