Nurse for Municipal Primary Care – Do you want to make a difference every day?

About the Role

As a nurse in municipal primary care, you work independently and in teams to provide qualified health and medical care in patients' homes or in specialized housing. You meet patients of all ages with varying needs, offering a broad and stimulating role.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assessment, planning, and follow-up of nursing interventions
• Medication management and medical treatments
• Collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation staff, and care personnel
• Mentoring and support for nursing staff
• Contributing to the development of close-to-patient care
• Documentation in accordance with current legislation
• Performing medical procedures and delegating tasks to nursing staff
• Working in close collaboration with unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and fellow nurses

Working hours are primarily during the day, with two weekends every ten weeks.

Qualifications

We are looking for a registered nurse who is confident in their role. You have the ability to work independently, make decisions, and prioritize in a varied workday. A structured approach and good teamwork skills are important for contributing to a positive team climate. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Merits:

• Specialist education in a relevant area

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A valid extract from the police register must be submitted before employment.
