Job Description

Do you want a varied and meaningful job where you make a difference every day? At Stenungsund's newly built and modern elderly care facility, Lövberga, you will work in an stimulating environment focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and safe transitions back home.

As a Care Assistant, you will meet care recipients with various care and support needs. You will use a person-centered approach where the care recipient is always at the center, with the goal of creating quality of life, security, and participation based on each individual's needs and conditions.

You will work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, needs assessors, and other colleagues in a cross-professional team. The role also includes performing health and medical care interventions on delegation. We are looking for someone who is independent, responsible, and thrives in a high-paced environment with varied tasks.

The short-term care unit is a digitized workplace where documentation, contact person assignments, and implementation plans according to IBIC are natural parts of daily work.

Your working hours will be scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Educated as a Care Assistant (Undersköterska).
• Has experience working in elderly care, short-term care, or rehabilitative care.
• Has good ability to document and use digital tools in daily work.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is engaged, solution-focused, and contributes to good teamwork.
• Is familiar with current legislation and the national value base.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

It is a requirement that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Being multilingual is an advantage.

A satisfactory extract from the police criminal record must be presented before an employment offer is made.
