About the role

As a Unit Manager in the Interoperability Section, you are responsible for a unit with approximately 15 employees. You lead the unit's operations, are part of the section's management group alongside your fellow Unit Managers, and report to the Section Manager. You work closely with your fellow managers, and you support and receive support from each other.

The Interoperability Section is responsible for national common specifications for healthcare, dental care, social services, and LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) activities, as well as providing support to increase the use of these specifications. The Section is also responsible for coordinating information governance and information architecture for the agency's digital services, as well as standardization work within the sector.
