With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This job is perfect for you if you're looking for a part-time role with great flexibility. You can adjust your schedule right up until 11:59 PM the day before your shift.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (sometimes the same morning). You can work as much or as little as you like, frequently or rarely. The specific tasks you'll be working on will be agreed upon when you're hired. You are then personally matched to your assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage everything easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement and receive a thorough introduction before starting.

What do you need?

• You have prior work experience (EXAMPLE). You are also willing to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate with others.
• You have completed a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you must be reliable and honor the shifts you book.
• You need to be available for at least 2 days per week (if you're a student, at least 1 day/week is sufficient).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in your work!
