Do you want to work in one of Sweden's most critical IT assignments within healthcare?

We are Pears is now looking for a Senior IT Specialist and Project Manager for Region Västernorrland's management object Care Support & eHealth. Here you will have a central role in the development and management of the region's healthcare information systems and national eHealth services.

This is a qualified specialist assignment where you combine technical leadership, project management, and business development in some of healthcare's most business-critical systems.

About the Assignment

As a Senior IT Specialist and Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring upgrades of IT components within the management object Care Support & eHealth.

You work on behalf of the IT Object Manager and are responsible for ensuring stable operations, high quality, and successful deliveries in collaboration with both operations suppliers, system suppliers, and the business operations.

A large part of the assignment involves working with Cosmic, Cosmic Nova, Best, as well as integrations against Inera's national services, where you function as a technical specialist and advisor.

You will also be responsible for documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous development of the region's technical environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Lead technical upgrade projects
Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades of business-critical IT components within care support and eHealth.
Be a technical specialist within Cosmic & Nova
Be responsible for technical management, development, and change work regarding the region's journal system.
Handle integrations against Inera's National Services
Ensure stable integrations and contribute specialist competence regarding national eHealth services.
Monitor deliveries and suppliers
Collaborate with operations suppliers and system suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and delivery.
Be responsible for critical alarm systems
Contribute specialist competence within Best and other business-critical care systems.
Document and transfer knowledge
Ensure that solutions are documented and that competence is transferred to the region's organization.

We believe you have

At least 10 years of experience in IT within healthcare.
Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior IT Specialist.
Very good experience with Cosmic, Cosmic Nova, and care-related IT systems.
Experience with PM3 and object management.
Experience with change management and upgrade projects within healthcare IT environments.
Experience with integrations against Inera's National Services.
Deep knowledge of Best or other critical alarm systems.
Experience with procurement and purchasing within healthcare-related IT.
Extensive experience in system testing and quality assurance.
Good technical understanding within Java and integration platforms.
Very good communication skills and experience working closely with both business and technology.

Meritorious

Leading role in the implementation of Cosmic within Region Västernorrland.
Experience with complex integration projects within the public sector.
Specialist competence in eHealth and national information infrastructure.
Experience with larger transformation or modernization projects.
