Job Responsibilities
As a physiotherapist, you will become an important part of the continued work to develop and shape Hjärnvägen – a new operation for people with cognitive impairment. In this role, you are responsible for planning, leading, and arranging activities for the visitors, with a focus on creating a safe, stimulating, and meaningful environment.
You work based on the FINGER model, which gives you a structured way to work person-centred while also having an understanding of societal development and the needs that exist today. The role involves developing working methods, creating content, and adapting the operation in collaboration with colleagues, based on the participants' needs and prerequisites.
The work involves many contact points and close collaboration with colleagues within the operation and other actors. You thrive working independently and taking responsibility, while also appreciating being part of a cross-professional team where different competencies contribute to a common whole.
Qualifications
Requirements for the position:
- Licensed physiotherapist (180 ECTS)
- At least 3 years of experience working with people with dementia/cognitive impairment
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and national guidelines
- Experience in mentoring, lecturing, and conducting training
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good digital competence

About the Workplace
The Health Care and Social Services Administration's health-promoting and preventive work is directed at both the entire population and specific target groups, with a focus on collaboration to reach seniors in Malmö based on their needs. The elderly population is growing, which requires new working methods to meet future challenges.
