About 70 employees work here in an engaged cross-professional team consisting of district nurses, specialist doctors, resident doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant nurses, dietitians, social workers, psychologists, medical secretaries, and administrators. Together we offer safe, accessible, and patient-centred care where the patient is always at the centre. The health centre also has training places for several different professional categories and is characterised by a good mix of experience, innovation, and a development-oriented spirit.

Job Description

As a District Nurse with us, you have a central role at the clinic where you meet patients with varying care needs. The tasks include, among other things, telephone advice, work in 1177 Direct and 1177 e-services, as well as your own clinic. You work closely with other professions to offer patients safe, accessible, and patient-centred care.

In addition to the patient-oriented work, you will have a developmental assignment where you become a support for your colleagues in areas such as wound care and other district nurse-specific areas. You contribute by sharing your expertise, supporting the choice of dressing materials and working methods, and participating in training and improvement work. The assignment also includes working with development issues, training initiatives, and responsible management of materials and economy together with the unit manager.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed District Nurse with the right to work in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care and a particular interest in, for example, wound care, supervision, or improvement work.
