About you

We are looking for someone with a warm heart, who is solution-focused and enjoys working both independently and in a team. Since the work takes place in the customers' homes, it is important that you show respect for their privacy and follow the individual implementation plan. The work involves care-related interventions and personal nursing care. You need to be attuned to the customers' individual wishes and privacy and be able to adapt your working methods based on their needs.

We are looking for you who have:

• Certificate of protected occupational title Nurse Assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare (required)
• At least 6 months of documented experience working as a nurse assistant in home care (required)
• Category B driver's license and ability to cycle (required)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing (required)
• Good teamwork skills, personal suitability, and a genuine interest in people
• The ability to see the individual's needs and be flexible within the framework of the customer's decisions

Meritorious:

• Dementia education according to Star-marked, Silviahemmet's education model, or other education within person-centered dementia care.
• Since a large proportion of our customers have Serbian, Bosnian, or Croatian as their mother tongue, it is meritorious if you can communicate fluently in at least one of these languages.

Your tasks:

As a nurse assistant or care assistant with us, you work to support the customer in their daily life. Your tasks may include among other things:

• Personal nursing care and hygiene
• Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal support
• Mobility assistance
• Medication management after delegation
• Establishment and follow-up of implementation plans
• Being a secure contact for our customers and relatives
• You have a professional attitude and care about good quality in both care and treatment.
