Who we are

The Child and Education Department has overall responsibility for preschool, school, and upper secondary school. In total, we have approximately 600 employees working together on education and development for the age group 1–19 years. Our approach is characterized by high and positive expectations that people grow through meeting other people.

The position is located at Timotejvägen Preschool/Bossabo Unit, currently placed on the younger section for ages 1–3.

Responsibilities

The preschool is a pedagogical activity based on each child's prerequisites and built on teaching designed in accordance with the goals of the curriculum. The work is organized from a holistic perspective based on assessment and documentation of the individual child's needs with the quality of the entire preschool. It is of great importance that you create a relationship with children, guardians, and colleagues characterized by mutual respect and a trusting approach, as well as high positive expectations.

You systematically reflect on the practical work individually and together with others, keep yourself updated, and take advantage of new research and events in the surrounding world. You are involved in work teams and contribute to a good working environment and collegial learning.

The position is at a preschool that has kitchen duties such as preparing breakfast and snacks, as well as washing dishes after meals. Lunch is provided from a central kitchen. It is important that these duties do not pose a hindrance for you.

Qualifications and Merits

• Preschool Teacher Education (Barnskötarutbildning).
• Meritorious with TAAK/AKK as a communicative support.

Other: Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

The preference is that you work 100%.
