Furuboda Assistans is a private personal assistance provider in southern Sweden, rooted in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing enterprise. About the assignment

We are now looking for an engaged and warm personal assistant for a woman in her mid-20s with a big heart and many interests. She has a particular interest in animals and appreciates an active lifestyle involving music, dance, and exercise – but also values quiet moments watching a good movie.

She is now facing an exciting step in life as she moves out of her family home. As her assistant, you will have a unique opportunity to support her in building a new, independent, and meaningful daily life.

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in her daily life and contribute to creating safety, structure, and joy in this new phase.

Working hours: Day, evening/night with 4 hours on-call duty, as well as weekends. 24-hour shifts may occur.

Employment level: 70% and as needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Are responsible and reliable
• Have good empathetic skills
• Are social, talkative, and quick to laugh
• Can be flexible with working hours
• Have the ability to adapt to different situations
• Are experienced with and comfortable around dogs (a puppy lives in the household).

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working in personal assistance or similar professions
• Experience in leadership
• Interest in animals, exercise, or creative activities
