Information about the role:

In the preschool, you will meet children from around 1 year old until they start preschool class. Together with preschool teachers and childcare assistants, you will create an inspiring and secure environment for the children's learning. You plan, implement, and evaluate various activities and contribute to the pedagogical operations.

Our vision is to be the best possible preschool for children, parents, and staff, and we actively work to ensure that Helge is a safe place where children feel seen, respected, and given the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites, interests, and needs. Through play, children develop and learn about our surroundings. In a parent cooperative, it is we parents and educators who run the preschool together.

• Have relevant education for the position (Preschool Teacher degree is meritorious)
• Have experience working with children
• See the goals of the curriculum as stimulating
• Are open, flexible, responsive, engaged, and unpretentious
• Have a clear child's perspective and see that the children's perspective is equally important
