About the role
At Perido, we are helping our client find you for an IT Support/Helpdesk position starting after the summer. The client company is a successful law firm with approximately 550 employees. You will work on-site at the client's office in Stockholm.
Your responsibilities
As an IT Support/Helpdesk specialist, you will provide user support and ensure a well-functioning IT environment. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and a high degree of personal responsibility, contributing to high service levels, quick solutions, and a stable technical daily routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide user support via helpdesk and on-site at the office.
- Handle application support, primarily within Microsoft Office.
- Install and configure computers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and communications.
- Manage printers and conference technology, ensuring they function correctly.
- Provide user assistance and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications:
- Upper secondary education and at least two years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, hardware management, and conference technology
- Ability to communicate fluently in both speech and writing
Merits:
- Knowledge of Azure, PowerShell, and ITIL
Scope and start date
Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2026-08-28, with possibilities for extension. Start date: 2026-08-03.
