Statens institutionsstyrelse (SiS) is a government agency responsible for providing individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse problems. SiS Youth Home Stigby on Visingsö has capacity for 35 young people. We admit non-compulsory school-age boys with psychosocial problems, criminality, and substance abuse. The facility is divided into an intake and needs assessment unit (MBB), four treatment units, and a discharge preparation unit in Jönköping.

Job Description

Our administration team consists of a security coordinator, two HR generalists, a staffing planner, and three administrators, led by an administrative manager. The administrators provide support and services to the entire operation in three main areas: finance, client administration, and personnel administration and recruitment. We are currently seeking an administrator with primary responsibility for recruitment and personnel administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Personnel administration (e.g., drafting employment contracts and managing personnel data)
• Administering and coordinating all recruitment processes
• Participating in interviews and reference checks
• Preparing materials and personnel statistics
• Attending personnel planning meetings
• Supporting staffing planning

At Stigby, we work closely together to create a positive work environment where everyone's ideas are respected and welcomed. All administrators also assist with various administrative tasks at the office as needed, such as mail handling, archiving, and registrar functions. During vacations and leave, central tasks across all areas are handled collaboratively.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills who is responsible and works independently.

You should have:

• A completed upper secondary education
• Experience in administrative work
• Experience in recruitment
• Ability to work independently and be meticulous
• Good teamwork skills and social competence
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in administration or HR
• Experience with the systems Reachmee, Primula, and Besched
• Knowledge of competency-based recruitment
