Are you creative, structured, and interested in creating content that both engages people and contributes to digital growth?

Birger is looking for a Content Producer who wants to help build the content for a new digital brand within the construction and renovation industry.

This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working with text, research, web publishing, and digital communication. You will primarily produce content for the website, but also contribute ideas and materials for other digital channels.

The focus is on creating clear, useful, and SEO-optimized content that helps people understand different types of construction and renovation projects. You will work on everything from articles and guides to service pages, local landing pages, and other content that strengthens the website's visibility and credibility.

This is not an observational internship. You will work practically, take responsibility for your own tasks, and see how your content impacts rankings, traffic, and customer inquiries.

What you will do

  • Produce content for the website
  • Write articles, guides, service pages, and local landing pages
  • Conduct research for new content areas
  • Adapt content to target audience, search intent, and purpose
  • Work with headlines, introductions, body text, metadata, and calls to action
  • Publish and update content in the website's CMS
  • Optimize texts for better visibility in Google
  • Work on internal linking and content structure
  • Quality assure language, tone, facts, and formatting
  • Update and improve existing content
  • Analyze competitors' content and identify new topics
  • Contribute to editorial plans and content calendars
  • Generate ideas for new articles, guides, and content formats
  • Use AI tools as support for research, structure, and content production
  • Collaborate with people in SEO, web development, and digital marketing

The role is primarily text-based. Experience with images, simple video, or social media is a plus, but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who

Very good Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement for the role.

Advantageous but not required

  • Experience in content production or editorial work
  • Experience writing articles, guides, or web texts
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
  • Basic knowledge in SEO or keyword analysis
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush
  • Experience with social media or digital publishing
  • Basic understanding of UX, conversion, and web structure
  • Experience with AI tools for research and content production
  • Experience with image editing, simple video, or graphic production
  • Interest in construction, renovation, housing, or consumer issues
  • Experience from startup, agency, or entrepreneurial environments
