We are expanding our customer service department and are now looking for 10 new colleagues who want to help build a strong team at our office in Malaga. The positions will be filled starting in July/August.

At Nordic Operation Center, we work with both customer service and telemarketing for some of the strongest brands in the Nordics. We have built a performance-driven environment with clear goals, competitions, and a strong team culture.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You assist customers in a professional and efficient manner, with quality and customer interaction always in focus.

Working hours in this role may vary between day and evening shifts.

The role involves, among other things:

  • Handling various cases, from complaints to delivery inquiries.
  • Assisting both private and business customers.
  • Working towards clear goals related to customer satisfaction and efficiency.

You will become an important part of the team where your contribution directly impacts both the customer experience and the results.
