On behalf of our client, we are now recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for an international company in the plastics industry with operations in Jönköping. Here you are offered a varied role in an engaged team where collaboration, service, and business acumen are in focus.

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the hub between customers, the sales organization, logistics, and international colleagues. You are responsible for creating a smooth order flow and ensuring high service throughout the business.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• Order processing and administration
• Delivery monitoring and follow-up
• Handling of complaints
• Customer support and service
• Documentation and administration in CRM and business systems
• Collaboration with sales, logistics, marketing, and international functions
• Responsibility for your own product area and maintaining a good overview of stock status

The role is broad and varied, which means you need to enjoy having many contact points and several parallel tasks. After the introduction period, you will gradually handle sales and take responsibility for your own customer group.

Who are you?

We believe you have experience from an administrative role within sales, customer service, or order processing where you have worked in business and CRM systems.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in order processing, customer service, or inside sales
• Good system proficiency and experience with CRM and business systems, preferably Dynamics
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

You are communicative, dare to take a stand when needed, and appreciate collaborating with others. Experience from the plastics industry is meritorious but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you are curious and have the will to learn.
