Wieselgrensskolan, with approximately 500 students, is in the midst of an exciting transformation journey. Responsibilities:

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with broad qualifications and many years of experience, and who want to help create the best conditions for our students to succeed. You are a clear leader and role model who gives students the inspiration and support they need for good teaching and successful learning. You have a strong commitment to student development and learning and see each student's unique conditions and needs.

You have a good ability to independently design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current regulatory documents. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and structure and adapt your teaching so that a secure, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment is created.

In this role, mentorship is of great importance, as mentorship is one of the key factors for our students, both socially and academically. You will work long-term and relationally, following the students closely in their development over time.

You will participate in the work team's joint planning, development work, and collegial conversations.

Qualifications

• are an experienced and competent certified teacher with broad qualifications.
• have high ambitions for students' learning and goal fulfillment. You have strong pedagogical insight, are clear in your leadership, and are committed to creating conditions for every student to develop and reach their full potential. You stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning.
• are structured in your planning and well-acquainted with the school's regulatory documents and familiar with its documentation requirements.
• are a secure, stable person with good self-awareness and a clear and present leader in the classroom who builds trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You see the value of collaboration and actively contribute to a positive work climate.
• work in a structured and efficient manner, can prioritize and organize your work, and have the ability to analyze and develop both your teaching and the other tasks included in the teacher role.
• are an engaged colleague who sees opportunities, is excited about challenges, and values good relationships.
