Do you want to contribute to POWER Logistics' quality and environmental work? We are looking for you who are analytical, structured, and not afraid to set demands. As a Quality & Environment Coordinator, you will become a central part of our quality department and collaborate closely with colleagues in the POWER Group, representing POWER Logistics.
About the role
In the role of Quality & Environment Coordinator, you are responsible for management and analysis related to quality and environment, and contribute to the business achieving its set goals. The role involves broad collaboration and support throughout the entire operation. You will also become part of a Nordic team for routines and processes, which means that business travel may occur.
You interpret and analyze laws, regulations, and routines within quality and environment. Risk assessments and trend analysis are part of everyday life, as is ongoing work with deviations. You lead and conduct internal audits, compile and present the results. In external audits of our certified management systems, you are the business's support. You create and revise routines, ensure correct reporting, and support and train the business in improvement work. As the system administrator for the management system, you are responsible for the follow-up tools and are a close support to managers and process owners in the ongoing work.
In addition, you work with quality administration together with the rest of the department. This means that you handle returns, complaints, and transport cases, adjust inventory balances, and act as a key link between the warehouse, stores, and customer service.
As a person, you are
Analytical, logical, and structured. You are meticulous, interested in administration, skilled at solving problems, and able to formulate clear goals and prioritize correctly. You communicate and collaborate effortlessly with people at all levels, from employees in the business to managers and process owners. You are also proactive and service-oriented.
Competency requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.
- At least three years of experience in quality and environmental work.
- Several years of experience with certification/recertification according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
Experience from the warehouse or logistics industry is an advantage.
