Production Technician – Do you want to be part of developing the future of production? We are now looking for an engaged Production Technician who wants to help develop our production through smart solutions, continuous improvements, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

About the Role

As a Production Technician, you are a key person in our operations and work closely with production, quality, and management to ensure efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes. You drive improvement work, optimize production flows, and contribute to ensuring that production meets high demands for quality, productivity, and working environment. The position is a fixed-term assignment starting in August, with a high chance of transitioning to a permanent position with the client during 2027.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Optimize and ensure quality in production flows.
• Ensure that production meets requirements for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Participate in work to improve producibility.
• Actively work with improvement efforts according to Lean and other established methods.
• Implement new working methods, processes, and technical solutions.
• Participate in department meetings and collaborate with other departments.
• Monitor and report key figures to the site manager.
• Identify and propose investments and cost-saving measures.
• Initiate and drive improvements in working environment and safety.
• Calibrate, service, install, and commission tools and machinery.
• Support the department manager in quality investigations of manufactured and purchased products.
• Ensure that operations are conducted according to the company's quality and environmental management systems.

We are looking for someone who

• Has technical education at upper secondary or university level, preferably within industry, production, or technology.
• Has experience in process development, quality work, and improvement efforts.
• Has a good understanding of production flows and quality assurance.
• Has experience with Lean, change management, or similar working methods.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has strong drive.
• Thrives in collaboration and creating engagement within the team.

Meritorious

• Experience with automation, robotics, or electrical systems.

Authority

In the role, you have the mandate to:

• Stop work in case of risk to safety or quality defects.
• Decide on measures to ensure quality according to standards and customer requirements.
