Are you detail-oriented, technically interested, and eager to develop your skills in fine mechanics and electronics? We are looking for a Junior Precision Technician in Electronics for a longer-term assignment in Stockholm. This role is ideal for you if you want to work with assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting of electronic products in a controlled and quality-driven environment.
For this position, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to undergo and pass a security clearance check.
About the RoleAs a Junior Precision Technician, you will perform detailed assembly work, basic soldering, and functional testing under supervision. You will participate in production and testing processes, document your work according to established routines, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality requirements are met. The role offers opportunities for technical growth and increasing responsibility over time.
Perform precision assembly of electronic components and small mechanical parts.
Carry out basic soldering and visual inspection of assembled circuits.
Conduct functional tests and final inspections according to instructions and document results.
Follow work instructions, work orders, and applicable quality routines.
Participate in improvement and housekeeping initiatives such as 5S to maintain a safe working environment.
We are looking for a service-oriented and eager-to-learn individual with an interest in electronics and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in practical work, take responsibility for the quality of your output, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. Previous experience from production or education in electronics or electrical work is preferred.

Fluent English (working language is English). Swedish is used in communication between colleagues.
Vocational training or upper secondary education in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent practical experience.
Basic experience with hand soldering and working with small components.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as a multimeter.
Basic computer skills and ability to document in systems.
Experience with micro-soldering or working with SMD components.
Knowledge of reading drawings or simple mechanical measuring methods.
Previous work in a controlled or classified environment.
