As we develop our management operations, we want to strengthen our competence in technical management, energy optimization, and installations. We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager who wants to take an active role in developing the technical management of our residential portfolio. We welcome your application!

Your Role

As a Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for operations, maintenance, and technical development. You ensure that the properties are functioning well, safe, and cost-effective in everyday life, while working systematically with planning and follow-up.

In this role, you contribute your competence in technical management, energy optimization, and installations. The role is operational and close to the business, with many points of contact, where you coordinate the daily work in the properties and contribute to a good living environment for our tenants.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for ongoing operations and maintenance in residential properties
• Ensure that technical installations, control systems, and regulatory requirements are met
• Work with energy monitoring and contribute to more efficient operations
• Coordinate, lead, and motivate property caretakers in their daily work
• Procure and follow up on contractors and service agreements
• Create and follow up on budgets and forecasts for operations and maintenance
• Handle invoices, including review and accounting
• Drive minor maintenance projects and handle insurance matters, such as water damage
• Conduct apartment inspections and ensure correct documentation

Your Profile

We place great importance on personal qualities and we are looking for you who have good administrative skills and can plan and organize your work well. You have a strong interest in property technology and it goes without saying that you keep yourself updated on regulations and your expertise. You also gladly share your knowledge with others. You are a social and trustworthy person who can collaborate and build good relationships with others such as colleagues, tenants, and suppliers. Through good communication and leadership skills, you lead others in a motivating way.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in property management, technology, or energy
• At least 5 years of experience in technical management
• Experience in residential property management
• Experience in budget work and cost monitoring
• Experience in team leadership
• Good knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technical installations
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
