Do you want to work with some of the country's most critical real estate and infrastructure facilities? We are now looking for an experienced property manager who wants to take strategic and operational responsibility for properties and facilities within public transport.
In this role, you will become part of an experienced and engaged management organization where, together with property managers, technical managers, and specialists, you are responsible for ensuring long-term sustainable, safe, and cost-effective management of properties and infrastructure.
About the assignment
You are responsible for the management of properties and technical facilities such as depots, terminals, and associated infrastructure. The role involves overall responsibility for contract management, requirement setting, financial monitoring, and development of the managed assets with a focus on quality, functionality, and long-term value creation.
You will work closely with both internal operations and external suppliers and play a central role in developing collaborations, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring that agreed functional requirements are met.
Responsibilities
In the role, you will among other things:
- Be responsible for the management of depots, terminals, and associated real estate infrastructure.
- Direct, monitor, and develop construction and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure that suppliers meet agreed functional and quality requirements.
- Be responsible for budget, forecasts, and financial monitoring within your management area.
- Initiate and participate in investment projects and prepare project orders, investment calculations, and decision support materials.
- Order and monitor operational and maintenance efforts.
- Represent the property owner in dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze and develop the business.
- Participate in tenders for construction and maintenance contracts.
- Contribute to professional collaboration and continuous improvements within the organization.
We are looking for you who have
- At least upper secondary education.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and monitoring business or construction contracts.
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing contract management and placing it in context.
Merits
- We would appreciate if you also have:
- Degree from: University College or University with a focus on construction/infrastructure/property management.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial and result responsibility in a client (public) or supplier organization.

Timeline and scope
Start: 2026-08-14
End: 2027-07-31
Full-time: 100% (40 hours per week)
