About the role

As a supervisor, you will work closely with the project manager, project engineers, and other key stakeholders in the project. You will work on-site in Boden together with approximately 10 other colleagues from the same company. You will be involved in the project's development through various phases, with opportunities to grow and develop as the project progresses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and verifications of completed work
• Coordinate between various subcontractors in all areas, construction, working environment, etc.
• Administrative tasks in various systems
• Plan and control work readiness, risk assessments, and self-inspections
• Ensure that necessary aids are on-site, such as barriers, lighting, etc.
• Participate in internal and external meetings

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working in a similar role in the construction industry
• Have good proficiency in Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have a car to commute to the workplace

It is an advantage if you have

• Several years of experience in construction and/or project management
• Experience with steel and/or concrete structures

We also consider it an advantage if you live in or have connections to the Luleå/Boden area, as the need is relatively urgent.
