Prefabmästarna specializes in prefabricated concrete elements, where various building components are produced in the factory and delivered directly to the construction site. Your Responsibilities

As a concrete worker, you will work with the manufacturing of concrete elements. Your tasks include, among other things, formwork, reinforcement, pouring according to drawings, and surface treatment. At Prefabmästarna, you will work inside the factory located in Öjebyn, collaborating with experienced colleagues. Over time, you will work more independently on your own concrete elements.

The work involves physically demanding tasks, meaning good physical fitness is a significant prerequisite for this role. Prior experience with reading technical drawings is considered an asset.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and engaged in their work. You have your own drive, are meticulous, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. We value a strong safety mindset, as well as flexibility and openness in both work and dialogue with colleagues. Finally, we value having fun at work and believe that you, as a candidate, will contribute to a good team spirit. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Other Information

A valid Category B driver's license is required. You will be employed by Konsultia but work at Prefabmästarna.
