Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and has an eye for detail? Do you want to be involved in working with world-class ski trails, and do you have experience operating a snowcat?

Praktisk Internservice is looking for a driven and meticulous maintenance worker/snowcat driver.

Praktisk Internservice is a maintenance pool responsible for, among other things, preparing and maintaining recreational trails in summer and winter, resurfacing and maintaining ice in the municipality's ice hall, and performing various maintenance tasks within the municipality's properties.

Job Responsibilities

In winter, the duties consist mainly of creating ski tracks using a snowcat and snowmobile. You will also work with resurfacing and maintaining ice using an ice resurfacer in the ice hall.

In summer, the duties include clearing, maintaining trails and recreational paths, and maintaining football fields, artificial turf, and grass.

Throughout the year, we perform various maintenance tasks within the municipality. Some on-call duty may be required for this position.

Qualifications

• A Category B driver's license is required for the position; a Category BE license is an advantage.
• Previous experience operating a snowcat and ice resurfacer is considered an advantage.
• It is an advantage if you have a snowmobile license, chainsaw certification, and/or brush cutter certification.
• You have an interest in outdoor work, a willingness to learn new things, and are good at collaborating and communicating with others.

Employment Type
