Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Grävtech, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects within ground and infrastructure. You work closely with both customers and employees, ensuring that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves a combination of operational work on-site and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and steering project implementation
• Budget responsibility and financial follow-up
• Coordination of personnel, machinery, and resources
• Customer contact and follow-up
• Ensuring that occupational health and safety and quality requirements are met

Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position, you will initially be placed on a project in the Malmfälten area. The position involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience from the construction, ground, or infrastructure industry, preferably in a leading role. The position also requires a valid driver's license (Category B) and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
