Lotus Machine & Transport operates within the demolition industry throughout Sweden, and we are now looking for a Foreman for our operations in Northern Sweden. The company carries out projects involving heavy demolition, light demolition, and drilling/chipping, primarily in Norrbotten and Västerbotten.

As a Foreman here, you will become part of an engaged team consisting of department managers, site managers, project managers, and foremen. Together with approximately 40 demolition workers, drillers, and machine operators, we work to deliver efficient and safe projects with high quality.

About the Role

In the role of Foreman, you create the right conditions for our employees to perform their work efficiently and safely. You play a central role in daily operations, with a major focus on leading and distributing daily tasks within our projects.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Ensuring efficient and safe execution
• Monitoring project progress
• Handling financial follow-up and invoicing
• Contributing to and developing good customer relations

The work involves spending a significant amount of time on-site at our projects to ensure that work proceeds according to plan. The role also includes administrative tasks such as project monitoring, invoicing, and planning. You will familiarize yourself with the projects and work actively with follow-up and improvement.

Business travel is common, and you will be based in Piteå, where one of our site managers also works.

We believe that you are a person with strong self-leadership skills, who is communicative, driven, outgoing, and solution-oriented. We require that you have a valid B-driver's license. Knowledge of contract law and possession of a BAS-U certificate are considered merits.

The Recruitment Process

We review applications on an ongoing basis, followed by a selection process involving a telephone interview and a physical interview. Our physical interviews will start in the second half of August.

Once we have found the right person, the start date will be agreed upon, with a preference for starting as soon as possible.
