About the Role

Nordic Concrete AB is growing and continuing its journey to become one of the leading concrete companies in the Nordics. For their operations in Norrbotten, they are now looking for an experienced and engaged supervisor who wants to take responsibility for daily on-site production.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate work in concrete projects, ensuring that production is carried out according to schedules, drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and current regulations. You play a key role in the collaboration between work teams, project management, site managers, subcontractors, and other functions.

This is a role for you if you thrive close to production, have good technical understanding, and are confident in leading others.

Main Responsibilities

As a supervisor, you will among other things:

• lead, plan, and organize daily production at the construction site
• distribute tasks and monitor the work team's progress and quality
• ensure that work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and current regulations
• participate in work preparation, lifting plans, and risk assessments together with KMA/HSE coordinators
• follow up on material deliveries, machinery, and orders to create efficient production
• have daily dialogue with project managers, site managers, work teams, and subcontractors as needed
• contribute to a safe working environment and ensure that KMA routines are followed on-site
• document work steps, deviations, and report according to company routines

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have solid experience from concrete work and are confident in the role of a supervisor. You are used to creating structure in production, prioritizing correctly, and driving work forward together with others.

To be considered for the position, you need to have:

• experience with concrete work, formwork, and reinforcement
• at least 2 years of documented experience as a supervisor
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• Concrete Class 1 or 2 certification
• experience from larger or technically demanding concrete projects
• experience working with KMA, work preparation, risk assessments, and lifting plans
