We are now looking for an engaged and meticulous TSA operator for assignments within railways and track areas in Sweden. With us, you will work with modern machinery, advanced measurement systems, and exciting projects in an industry where safety, precision, and collaboration are crucial.

About the role

In the role of TSA operator, you will perform qualified earthworks and infrastructure work in track-adjacent environments and railway projects. The work requires high precision, safety awareness, and the ability to follow established routines and working methods.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Precise excavation work with wheeled excavators (9–15 tons) in track areas
• Work with 3D measurement systems for high precision
• Work within railways, tracks, and embankments
• Concrete and earthworks in track-adjacent environments
• Daily supervision and safe handling of machinery and equipment
• Collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups on-site

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with wheeled excavators and 3D measurement systems
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, or English
• Holds a valid B-driver's license
• Has certificates for Work on Road 1 and 2
• Has documented TSA-OPT training (mandatory requirement)
• Has high safety awareness, especially when working in track environments
• Is responsible, meticulous, and structured
• Thrives working both independently and in a team
