Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Grävtech, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring projects within earthworks and infrastructure. You work closely with both customers and employees, ensuring that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves a combination of operational field work and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and controlling project execution
  • Budget responsibility and financial monitoring
  • Coordination of personnel, machinery, and resources
  • Customer contact and follow-up
  • Ensuring that occupational health and safety requirements are met

Grävtech operates in Norrbotten. For this position, you will initially be stationed at a project in the Malmfälten area. The role involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience from the construction, earthworks, or infrastructure industry, preferably in a leadership role. A valid Category B driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the position.
