Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Grävtech, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects within ground and infrastructure. You work closely with both customers and employees, ensuring that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves a combination of operational work in the field and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and controlling project execution
• Budget responsibility and financial follow-up
• Coordination of personnel, machinery, and resources
• Customer contact and follow-up
• Ensuring that occupational health and safety and quality requirements are met

Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position, you will initially be placed at a project in the Malmfälten area. The position involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience from the construction, ground, or infrastructure industry, preferably in a leadership role. A valid driver's license (Category B) and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are also required.
