Job Description

As an Information Security Coordinator at the Security and Work Environment Unit, you will carry out operational information security work by providing support to the business operations. You will have a central role, which means supporting the company's water and wastewater (VA) operations. You will actively work to help the business implement regulatory compliance and the goals the company sets for information security and data protection.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the Data Protection Officer with the company's privacy protection work regarding VA operations.
• Support VA operations in various analysis tasks, such as mapping and classifying information.
• Conduct risk analyses, impact assessments, interest balancing, and suitability assessments.
• Register activities related to personal data processing, AI models, and asset management.
• Support VA operations in developing organizational and technical security measures, both for internal action plans and as external contractual requirements.
• Support in and/or develop and conduct training, governing, and supporting documents.
• Support in and/or develop work processes within the operations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Relevant post-secondary education.
• Knowledge and experience in information classification.
• Knowledge of various legal areas concerning information security.
• Category B driver's license.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).

You have a problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and a good ability to see the big picture. The position is a permanent placement at the headquarters in Ulvsunda, Bromma, but you will also move between our plants in Henriksdal, Bromma, Lovö, and Norsborg, as well as the office in Högdalen. Company cars are available.
