We are now looking for a senior program/project manager for a role focused on platform migration, business requirements, and driving execution in a complex environment. This role is suitable for you who combine strong project management with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive delivery in close collaboration between business and IT.

About the Assignment

You will lead a complex migration of a leasing platform from planning and execution to production rollout. The role entails overall responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, deliverables, governance, reporting, steering group meetings, and decision tracking.

You will work closely with the business to collect, analyze, validate, and document needs, and translate these into functional and non-functional requirements for technical implementation. You will also act as the link between business users and external development teams, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The assignment also includes workshops, solution discussions with technical experts, support in architectural decisions, handling of risks and escalations, as well as coordination of UAT, defect management, production readiness, data migration, integrations, and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex platform migration from planning to production release
• Responsible for scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Drive governance, reporting, steering group meetings, and decision follow-up
• Collect, analyze, and validate business needs together with internal stakeholders
• Translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Act as a bridge between business and external development teams
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate solution discussions with technical experts
• Support architectural decisions and challenge solution proposals when necessary
• Manage risks, escalations, and dependencies between teams and vendors
• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, production readiness, and cutover
• Support planning and follow-up of data migration and system integrations

Requirements

We are looking for you who have:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex IT implementations or migration projects
• Documented experience leading platform migrations or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience managing risks and dependencies in complex environments
• Experience documenting requirements and analyzing business processes
• Technical understanding of system integrations and API-based architecture
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and solution design
• Experience collaborating with external system vendors and distributed development teams
• Good knowledge of development models such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Strong ability to manage many stakeholders with different priorities
• Understanding of data migration principles and common migration risks
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and question proposed solutions when necessary

• Experience from regulated environments such as banking, finance, leasing, or similar
• Experience with leasing products and leasing operations
• Experience migrating financial systems
• Experience with product migration and portfolio transformation

• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven work
