You will step into the final stage of working on an architecture program within urban development. There is already a comprehensive foundation with visions, goal images, design principles, and methodological support, and now the material needs to be coordinated, prioritized, and shaped into a clear draft version.

Here you will play a key role in tying together content, structure, and messaging so that the document becomes strategically useful and easy to digest for multiple target groups. The role suits you if you thrive at the intersection of editorial work, process management, and graphic design, and are happy to contribute a clear holistic perspective. • You drive the editorial work forward and act as lead editor or editorial support in finalizing the architecture program.
• You structure, prioritize, and distill extensive material into a cohesive and clear version.
• You translate complex reasoning into plain language and adapt the content for several different target groups.
• You support strategic work and process management to keep content, choices, and deliverables together.
• You contribute with graphic design, structure, layout, and illustration to a lesser extent when needed.
• You provide support in project administration and coordination in close collaboration with the project management.

• You have knowledge of producing municipal steering documents and can structure and concretize an architecture program.
• You can structure and distill complex documents.
• You write in plain language and can formulate knowledge about architecture in an easy-to-understand way.
• You can write for many target groups.
• You have knowledge of graphic design with a focus on structure, layout, and illustration.
• You have knowledge of project administration and coordination as support to project managers.
