We are now looking for a Store Investment Specialist to join our team within Store Build-Up, Property & Security.

About the role

As a Store Investment Specialist, you will have a central and business-close role where you work closely with colleagues to plan and monitor Rusta's expansion. You will help develop processes and working methods for new stores and existing units, as well as our internal store service functions.

The role is broad and varied, with a focus on budgeting, investments, project planning, and follow-up. You will actively contribute to optimizing resource usage, ensuring cost-efficiency, and driving sustainable solutions = more efficient processes for the future.

As a Store Investment Specialist, you will among other things:

  • Drive budgeting, follow-up, and analysis of investment projects.
  • Represent the department in Rusta's sustainability group and contribute to sustainability reporting.
  • Work with and develop our system support, such as House of Control, ClickUp, Mercur, and MS Office.
  • Contribute to other tasks and development initiatives within the department.

You will become part of the Store Build-Up, Property & Security team and report to the department manager.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and self-driven. You have a strong ability to collect, analyze, and communicate information in a clear and pedagogical manner. Furthermore, you have good skills in Excel and experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint.

We believe you have:

  • Post-secondary education in fields such as economics, law, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in similar work, preferably within retail, property, or real estate.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong system competence and good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).

You are driven by improving working methods and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take initiative and influence. You are a team player who contributes to good collaboration – while also being confident in your role and able to set boundaries when needed.

Finally:

  • The position is located at Rusta's headquarters in Upplands Väsby. From Rotebro, a free shuttle bus runs to Bredden every 20 minutes and stops right in front of the office. If you drive, we have parking facilities.
  • Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a six-month probation period.
  • Start date: As agreed.
  • Application deadline: 2026-07-12.
