In your role as Sales Leader for the Cash Desk, you will work at the checkout line and become an important part of the store's operations. Therefore, we are looking for you who feel called to ensure that customers receive the industry's best customer service and that the checkout line always maintains the highest quality. It is therefore important that you enjoy working at a high pace and feel confident handling stressful situations. The role of Sales Leader involves some leadership responsibility, but no personnel responsibility. You are responsible for the function of the cash register as well as the presentation around the checkout line.

You will be the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. We see you as a top team player, ambitious, able to build long-term customer relationships, and possessing the ability to inspire customers with shopping joy.

You will also be working with all tasks commonly found in the store, such as:

• Working at the cash register
• Restocking shelves and fronting
• Building displays on sales floors and gables
• Working with shrinkage and waste reduction
• Conducting self-checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the store

Previous broad experience in service and leadership is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week with start date upon agreement. We apply a probationary period. Working hours vary between day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
