Assignment Description
We are looking for an Automation & Electrical Engineer.
What You Will Work On
- Develop automation solutions for packaging equipment and industrial systems.
- Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based control systems.
- Develop, modify, and maintain HMI applications and automation software.
- Design and maintain automation databases supporting machine functionality.
- Perform system analysis and develop technical solutions based on project requirements.
- Participate throughout the automation development lifecycle, including documentation, development, testing, and commissioning.
- Work closely with a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver complete automation solutions.
- Ensure automation systems meet functional, quality, and performance requirements.
- Support ongoing troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
- Provide automation support and training for customer personnel when required.
- Collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines to optimize system functionality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation processes and engineering practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with the complete automation engineering process, including documentation, development, testing, and commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming.
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems and control engineering.
- Experience developing and modifying HMI applications.
- Understanding of industrial automation architecture and system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related technical issues.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments is an advantage.
- Experience with Rockwell automation platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
