We are now looking for a Junior Operations Engineer who wants to develop together with an engaged team consisting of four operations engineers. The team serves as an important support to the operations organization in both strategic and operational matters, working to ensure stable and future-proof power grid operations.

In this role, you will participate in connection projects for, among other things, wind power plants and battery storage, with a special focus on the testing process prior to commissioning. A large part of the work takes place in a SCADA environment where you plan, conduct, and follow up on tests to ensure that the facilities function as intended. You will also work on compiling data and establishing limits for voltage and current tolerance for devices and objects in the power grid, which will be used in Ellevio's SCADA system to ensure safe grid operation.

This is a role for you who have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving complex problems. You are also offered the opportunity to help develop working methods, routines, and processes in the area. This position is security-classified, which means you will need to undergo a security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate connection cases for, among other things, wind power plants and battery storage, with a focus on testing in a SCADA environment
• Compile data and establish limits for voltage and current tolerance for devices and objects in the power grid
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and processes together with the team and the operations organization

We are looking for someone who

• Has completed a university/college education in a relevant field such as electrical power, energy and environmental technology, electrical engineering, automation, or other education that Ellevio deems relevant
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English as both languages are used in the role
• Holds Swedish citizenship as the position is security-classified

It is meritorious if you have

• Previous work experience in electrical power or other experience that Ellevio deems relevant
