Responsibilities

As an Energy Optimizer, you are responsible for developing and optimizing energy usage in our property portfolio. You analyze energy consumption, optimize the operation of technical systems, and actively work with control and monitoring systems, solar power installations, and charging infrastructure. The role also involves participating in construction and renovation projects, preparing technical decision-making materials, conducting investigations, and collaborating with both internal departments and external contractors and consultants to create sustainable and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in energy, building technology, HVAC, electricity, or equivalent experience. You have a good understanding of technical building systems and experience with operations, energy optimization, and analysis. You can interpret technical documents, have knowledge of control and regulation systems, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have experience from the real estate industry, ROT projects or new construction projects, project management, or work with load balancing, power control, and energy-related certifications.

As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and business-minded. You work in a structured and independent manner while enjoying collaboration and building good relationships with colleagues, contractors, and other partners.
