Do you want a central role in a high-tech production environment where operational reliability and precision are crucial? We are now looking for a Coordinator for Repair and Maintenance who wants to contribute to ensuring our workshop, with its large number of CNC machines, operates optimally – every day.
As a coordinator, you act as a hub between production, technicians, and suppliers. You keep track of both planned maintenance and unplanned downtime. The role involves significant responsibility and suits you if you enjoy bringing order to complex flows and want to make a difference in an environment where every hour of uptime counts.
Your main responsibilities
- Planned maintenance – create, update, and follow up on maintenance plans for CNC machines and peripheral equipment.
- Emergency repairs – coordinate efforts, troubleshooting, and resources during downtime.
- Documentation – record actions, machine history, and improvement proposals.
- Internal coordination – act as the link between production, operators, and technicians.
- Supplier contacts – book service, order spare parts, and ensure quality in external interventions.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have experience in industrial maintenance or technical service. Experience with CNC machines is an advantage. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize and keep order even when the pace is high. We see that you thrive and are driven by improving processes, while also being accustomed to communicating clearly with many stakeholders.
