About the Role

Lesjöfors Fjädrar AB is part of the Beijer Components group and manufactures technical springs for customers worldwide. Here, you will become part of a cohesive team where collaboration, engagement, and development are at the forefront.

The role is varied and combines quality assurance with production technology. You will work closely with production, support colleagues in their daily tasks, and participate in developing processes, products, and working methods.

You have experience in quality work and thrive in a role where you can combine quality with technical development and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Work with deviation management and quality follow-up
• Participate in root cause analysis and improvement work
• Provide technical support to production
• Work on process improvements and optimization
• Create and update documentation and quality records
• Participate in audits and quality work according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues within the group
• Contribute to technical development projects and customer support

About You

We are looking for you who have experience from the manufacturing industry and an interest in technology, quality, and continuous improvement. Perhaps you currently work with quality and want to develop further within production technology.

You enjoy solving problems, working close to the operations, and contributing to creating efficient and sustainable working methods.

Requirements

• Education in quality, technology, or equivalent
• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience in quality and quality assurance
• Good knowledge of quality tools such as Core Tools
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or IATF 16949
• Good technical understanding
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

• Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methods
• Experience with Six Sigma
• Experience with the ERP system Infor M3
• Experience in production technology or technical work
• Knowledge of German
