Your Role

Saab is growing, and as the next step in our growth journey, we need to strengthen our team with a new Section Manager in Karlstad within Mechanical Engineering!

We are looking for an engaged and driven Section Manager who is motivated by working with people and creating positive change. The team consists of engineers responsible for the mechanical design of Saab Dynamics' support weapons within the Ground Combat business unit. Your contribution will be to shape, improve, and develop the section and its employees. You are part of a management group currently consisting of 8 section managers and report to the Area Manager within the development organization at Ground Combat.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in leading and developing people, and who are motivated by seeing your team grow and reach its full potential. You preferably have previous leadership experience, and it is an advantage if you have an engineering background.

As a Section Manager, you will become an important part of the operations. Your ability to build relationships, create trust, and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment will be of great significance - both for your team and for the organization as a whole.
